Introducing Baby Giuliana Teresa, born at 7lbs. 13 oz at 4:35 pm on August 1. The boys were so excited to meet their very first cousin. Ezra just kept saying,"Mommy, she is soooo adorable!" And she reallly is :) ! Mom Heather, Daddy Matt and baby are all doing well!

they had a scare yesterday after they brought her home. she had nursed at 8 am in the hospital and was acting very lethargic/sleepy in the afternoon at home. she wouldn't/couldn't really nurse and so they got her to take an ounce of formula (while still sleeping) around 4pm. they got scared and to her to the ER. she is doing well this morning. i think it was dehydration. they did a bunch of tests and got her to nurse every two hours through the night. poor family! i think it is all under control now :), thank goodness.
my sister's baby did the same thing; not nursing and needing some formula to get those kidneys working etc. i think the combination of the heat and her milk having not come in yet makes for a difficult combination, glad to hear everything is falling into place. yay, your an auntie!

Glad to hear that turned out okay... enough with the scares! And congrats to you all. Cousins are a fine, fine thing!
