Oona's 4th birthday
It was a lot of fun planning Oona's Halloween themed birthday party! It turned out out to be a beautiful afternoon filled with family, friends, and fun! The kids played outside for a while, did some Halloween crafts, and then came inside for baked ziti, meatballs, and homemade cupcakes. Oona had a ball! We love you sweet girl. You make our family complete!

Western MA
A couple of weekends ago, we headed out west to Amherst, MA with the wonderful Brown family. We visited the Eric Carle Museum, met Jeff Mack (a local children's book author), had a BBQ with the lovely Miranda and Temelko families, swam at the hotel and visited the Basketball Hall of Fame. It was so great to get away and enjoy the company of friends!

Beach bums
We spent the 75 degree morning at our local lake with cousins G and M. Just trying to soak up the sun before the temps turn cool again this weekend.

Sewing!
This past weekend, I finished sewing these pj bottoms for Oona and Ezra. I used this great instructables site for the easy pattern! I would like to make Noah a plaid pair next.

Let's Go Celtics!
As part of the boys' Christmas presents, we were able to buy Celtics tickets through the school. My parents, who are also huge fans, wanted in on the action too! It was a night we had been looking forward to for many weeks. To make it even more special, Noah was chosen along with other kids to play on the parquet court of the famous TD Garden right before the game! Even though the Celtics lost, it was a night to remember.
