Hello Three!

This Saturday, we celebrated Oona's 3rd birthday- Hello Kitty style! The party was complete with family and friends, a Hello Kitty cookie cake made by our friend Debbie, crown decorating, a dance party and pin the bow on Kitty. It is so much fun watching you grow, Oona! We love you so much!

Oona fell in love with this goat at the Franklin Park Zoo on Sunday. She did not want to leave her!

Pumpkin Carving

This week, we had our annual pumpkin carving with Auntie Cindy. We love having our talented/creative friend come down and help us with this messy task! Oona requested a ghost and a Hello Kitty. Ezra carved Domo and Noah a goblin. We also toasted pumpkin seeds, ate a Carvel Halloween ice cream cake from Cindy, and watched It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. Fun night :)

Family Time

Man, it seems the older the kids get, the more challenging it is to find family time together- with no homework, no work, no running to a friend's house, no housework... (You get the picture). So, today I told Tim I "needed" us to all get out of the house for a little family fun. We headed into Somerville for brunch at Mr. Crepe before watching the parade at the HONK festival, followed by a subway ride into Harvard Square. Wonderful :)
