Tomato Plants

It seems we just have way too many house projects to accomplish this
summer, so my garden will have to wait another year. I am, however,
going to try to keep these organic tomato plants from my mom alive.
This little sprite wants to lend a hand.

My Outside Girl

We've been spending many hours in the yard after school on these hot afternoons- (often times trying to keep up with all the big kids running around).

Date Night

Thanks to Nana watching all the kids, we were able to go out for a
much needed date night. (Aren't they always "much needed"?). Tim
found a us great pub in Cambridge with a large selection of beers and
amazing fries with curry sauce. After dinner, The Yelp! app
introduced us to our new favorite homemade ice cream shop,
Christina's- vanilla for Tim and chocolate peanutbutter for me.

Crochet Yoda

Check out what my grandmother made for our Yoda fan! I asked my mom to share this link with her from Whip Up and Gram "whipped" it up in no time :) If only I were as undaunted by new patterns!

Passing Through

The whole family enjoys when Dave comes into town! It makes us feel close to our far away friends who we sorely miss. On Saturday, we went to a new burger joint in Davis Square before Dave headed out to Philly.

The guys ordered some crazy burgers! Dave got "The Pilgrim" that included cranberry sauce and stuffing, and Tim got the "4:20" which was covered with mozzarella sticks and onion rings (He had trouble getting past the first couple bites.)

The kids waited while the guys looked in a guitar shop :)

Oona and Murphy

After babies ("be-bees"), doggies are her second favorite things to
talk about and play with. She just loves Nana and Da's Murphy.

Mother's Day!

What a great Mother's Day weekend! I feel so blessed to be the mama of my 3 monkeys! And, ever so grateful for the love of my mother, and all the other "mothers" in my life. You are all so special to me. On Friday, the boys came home with the most amazing handmade gifts. Ezra wrote me a poem, drew pictures and even SEWED me a gorgeous handbag with his teacher's help! She kept her sewing machine in the classroom, and Ezra revealed that it took 2 months for the class to complete this incredible project! Noah made a beautiful shell frame with his picture in it and even wrote out "my life story." It all made me feel so loved :). After this morning's soccer games, Tim and I hosted a Mother's Day brunch for both our moms, my grandmother, and Erin's family. We made Creme Brulee French Toast and an Egg Brunch Casserole- delicious recipes shared by a school friend. It was a good time had by all xo

"...And All I got was this Lousy T-Shirt"

Just kidding- it's adorable :) See what Daddy brought me back from his work trip.
