At Nana Jo's House

This morning, Heather and I took the girls to visit their great grandmother, Nana Josephine. They loved rounding up all the stuffed animals they spotted around her house. I took a cute picture of them with Nana, but it is on the digital camera. I have to admit that having my blog set up to my iphone has made me an even lazier blogger. Even though I often have better pictures on my digital camera- it's just too easy to click one button and send from the phone without setting up any cords and having to upload photos onto the desktop. Perhaps I'll to get back to it, though. For now, here's a quick pic to enjoy:)

Easter Eggs

Last night, Auntie Cindy came over for some spinach chicken soup and
egg decorating. It was so nice to spend time with a
dear friend who has lots of energy and creativity to share with two
busy boys :)

Sometimes you just need to take your favorite 7 year old out for sushi
in the middle of the week.

Family Hike

Early this morning, we headed down to the local reservation. We hiked
up to the pond, said hello to the many dogs along the way, dug in the
sand at the beach, and played at the playground. It's exciting when
we find something all 5 of us can enjoy together.

Finally!

After school, we stopped to play at a local playground on this
glorious spring-like afternoon.
