NYC!
This past weekend, Tim planned a trip for us to New York city! This was our first real getaway alone in many years.
We took an early Saturday morning Bolt Bus:

Getting ready for the 4 1/2 hour ride:

Drove past the famous Macy's Holiday displays:

Bus sick- Made the mistake of trying to watch Mad Men episodes on Tim's laptop:

Here's the bus:

The tree inside the Fitzpatrick Manhattan Hotel loby:

Pork Ramen at Momufuku's for lunch:

Shoestring fries and Flower Power IPA from The Spotted Pig:

Nutella French toast and Penny's pesto and egg sandwiches from Penelope's:

Andy Warhol at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA):

More famous Warhol:

Tim admiring a Jackson Pollock:

What an exciting weekend! Thanks, babe!

Christmas Paper Garland
I was admiring some on etsy and decided to make my own. I've been really loving handmade banners-flags-garland lately.

Ezra turns 8!
Family birthdays have made for a busy Fall in the Walsh home :) On Saturday, we celebrated the 8th birthday of Ezra- our sweet, smart, creative and wonderful guy! The original plan was to spend the day at Coco Keys Water Park. Unfortunately, Ezra woke up under the weather and we decided to go to the movies instead. Oona spent the day with my parents while we took in the exciting Megamind at the IMAX in 3D. I can't remember the last time Tim and I got to hang out alone with the boys. It was a treat for all of us. After lunch at the always yummy Border Cafe, we headed back home so Ezra could rest before his family party. Check out the adorable penguin cupcakes Nana made! She's on a roll (remember O's doggy and N's shark ones?).
